How Our Pricing Works
Hogufo Nizusu uses a flat per-visit pricing model. The rate for a visit is determined by the property size and the services included in that visit. It does not change based on how long the crew takes or what equipment is used.
This approach makes budgeting straightforward. You know the cost before we arrive. There are no add-on charges for fuel, equipment, or disposal. The rate quoted is the rate invoiced.

What Every Service Visit Includes
Hard Surface Cleanup
Clippings are cleared from driveways, walkways, and patios after mowing. We do not leave debris on surfaces adjacent to the lawn.
Edge Trimming
String trimming along fences, foundations, and areas the mower cannot reach. Included in every standard visit.
Property Walkthrough
A quick walkthrough before leaving to confirm the work is complete and the property is in good condition.
Flat Rate Billing
The rate quoted before the visit is the rate charged. No add-ons for fuel, disposal, or time overruns.

No long-term contract is required. Recurring service is scheduled on an ongoing basis and can be paused or stopped with reasonable notice.
We reschedule for the next available day when conditions allow. Mowing wet grass is generally not advisable as it can stress the lawn and produce uneven results. We communicate rescheduling directly.
No. Most homeowners are not present during their service visits. We need access to the yard, which typically means an unlocked gate if the backyard is enclosed. We handle the work and leave the property in good condition.
Yes. Leaf removal can be added to any scheduled visit during the fall season. It is also available as a standalone service. The additional service is reflected in the per-visit rate for that appointment.
